Description
Luna's Art Deco high-rise along the Wilshire Corridor between Beverly Hills and Santa Monica.
When I was writing my novel, "Murder on the Six O'Clock News," I selected this beautiful building as the home of Luna, the anchorwoman who may have murdered her way to the top. You may download the Kindle book from Amazon.
Here are some facts about the beautiful structure: This luxurious private residence was built in 1991 and designed by architect Richard Magee, the Wilshire has since received twenty major design awards. It's widely considered one of the finest condominium buildings in Los Angeles, easily distinguished by its spectacular limestone, copper exterior, and green balconies. Each floor of The Wilshire has only five condominiums, each served by a private elevator (only three other buildings that offer this feature exist), each with their own corner of the building. This exceptional residence offers floor to ceiling windows, concierge, doorman, fitness center, pool, spa, valet parking, and practically every conceivable amenity. It stands 27 stories, has 97 units and features the finest service in the city.
